Rupert is a co-founder of Audere and is instrumental to the company's strategic entry and operations in new global markets.
Formerly a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, Rupert is an equity and equity-linked capital markets investment banker with over 20 years' operational experience in London, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
James Dewar | Non Executive
James has over 35 years' experience at Board level in both Executive and Non Executive roles, at listed companies or those planning a listing.
James began his career with Ernst & Young, and went on to hold prominent roles as CFO for BP, and group CFO for Dana Gas and Seven Energy.
Jack Blackmore | Partner
Jack is a founding Partner of Audere, leading the company's growth and strategic development from inception.
Before moving into financial advisory, Jack began his career in accounting and corporate finance at UHY and Numis Securities.

Charlie is a business analyst with 20 years corporate and financial services experience, mostly in London’s equity capital markets.
Charlie is responsible for Audere’s financial infrastructure and processes, tracking operational performance, and reporting to the board and investors.

Tina is a qualified IFA and Compliance Certified Officer with over 35 years' financial advisory and compliance experience.

Syfur has over 12 years compliance and AML experience. He started his career with the Royal Bank of Scotland and moved into senior positions at Barings Asset Management; Centricus Asset Management and more recently Hannam and Partners.

Matteo Smolari | Head of FX
Matteo heads the quantitative FX advisory division of Audere. Formerly he worked for 10 years at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management where he was Head of the foreign exchange risk management team.
Matteo has an MSc in Financial Engineering and Risk Management from the University of Lausanne, Switzerland.
Jonathan Lye | Head of Interest Rates
Jonathan has over 12 years’ experience advising Real Estate, Private Equity and Corporate Clients in financial risk management from his time at JCRA and Chatham Financial.
Previous roles also include management consultancy and banking at Schlumberger Sema and JP Morgan. Jonathan has an MBA from Cass Business School and degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol.
Lionel Kruger | Head of Commodities
Lionel has in excess of 30 years’ experience in Investment Banking, specialising in debt origination and derivative instruments.
Formerly he headed up JCRA’s Africa business advising on currency, commodity and interest rate risks for large utility scale infrastructure and project finance transactions. Prior to joining JCRA in 2016, he ran a successful consultancy in Johannesburg for 16 years.
Stuart Pitfield | Head of Client Relations
Formerly Managing Director and Head of EMEA FX at Bank of New York Mellon, Stuart has over 25 years' experience in managing and building operations within the FX industry.
Stuart became the managing director of Audere in 2018 and is responsible for managing all operational divisions within the company.
Nikita Barsukov | Head of Implementation
Nikita is a head of implementation at Audere. He is currently developing the analytics modules for Iris X. He is a skilled data scientist with more than 10 years of experience in software engineering and analytics.
In the past he was responsible for data analytics for Dynamics Business Central, a flagship ERP product from Microsoft.
Greg Smith | Partner
Greg has over 10 years' industry experience. He started his career in foreign exchange at Lloyds Bank. After this directorship he went on to head the trading divisions of World First and Global Reach Partners.
Greg manages the advisory division for Audere's largest client engagements.
Curtis Noble | Head of CSR
Curtis manages Audere's social division, Charitytransfers.org, responsible for driving growth amongst the iNGO sector.
He has held various positions within the FX market throughout his career but ultimately finds value in helping non-profits deliver more money where it is most needed.
Henry Longstaff | CSR Principle
Henry joined Audere in 2017 and has the responsibility of developing our corporate social responsibility division know as Charity Transfers.
Henry also heads the company's fundraising efforts for the charities we currently support.
